U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB Banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

The role requires outside prospecting and sales to grow revenue, effective collaboration with branch teams, and disciplined CRM use to nurture and expand client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
• Translate financial information and cash-flow dynamics into practical guidance and solutions.
• Conduct outside prospecting and sales to grow revenue and hit targets.
• Collaborate with branch teams and maintain CRM discipline throughout the relationship lifecycle.
