Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches in Overland Park, KS.

The role focuses on delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million. You will conduct proactive outreach, understand client needs, and coordinate with branch teams to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
