City National Bank of Florida is seeking a results-driven Small Business Banker to build lasting relationships with businesses generating up to $5 million in annual revenue. You will deliver strategic financial solutions and drive growth through deposits, loans, and treasury services.

As a key member of the branch team, you will grow a portfolio of 250+ clients, prospect for new relationships, and collaborate with Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Wealth Management to offer holistic banking

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Small Business Banker or similar role.
• Solid credit background with ability to structure loans and analyze credit.
• Experience in acquiring and growing small business relationships.
• Ability to perform cash flow analyses and pre-screens.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of 250+ small business clients.
• Acquire new relationships through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
• Provide tailored financial advice across deposits, loans, and treasury.
• Collaborate with Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Wealth Management partners.
• Support branch operations including account opening and loan support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
