You will deliver strategic financial advice, coordinate with Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Wealth partners, and provide exceptional client service while representing the bank in the community.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of recent experience as a Small Business Banker or similar role.
• Solid credit background with proven ability to structure loans and analyze credit.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing small business relationships.
• Ability to complete independent pre-screens and cash flow analysis.
• Collaborative, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services.
• Perform financial reviews and cash flow analyses; pre-screens.
• Make independent overdraft decisions within limits.
• Support loan applications and closing; collect required documents.
• Maintain operational integrity with proper balancing and risk controls.
• Adhere to compliance training including S.A.F.E. Act requirements.
