Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks a results-driven Small Business Banker to build lasting relationships with businesses up to $5 million in annual revenue. You will deliver strategic financial solutions, service clients, and drive growth through deposits, loans, and treasury services.

As a key team member, you will partner with Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Wealth Management to offer holistic banking services and represent the bank in the community.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a Small Business Banker or similar role.
• Solid credit background with ability to structure loans and analyze credit.
• Proven success in acquiring and growing small business relationships.
• Ability to complete independent pre-screens and cash flow analysis.
• Collaborative, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of 250+ small business clients.
• Proactively acquire new relationships through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
• Deliver tailored financial advice by analyzing client needs and recommending deposits, loans, and treasury solutions.
• Collaborate with Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Wealth Management to offer holistic banking services.
• Support branch operations including account opening, teller transactions, and loan support.
