City National Bank of Florida is seeking a results-driven Small Business Banker to build lasting relationships with businesses up to $5 million in annual revenue. You will deliver strategic financial solutions, drive growth through deposits and loans, and work with partners to meet client needs while representing the bank in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–7 years in Small Business Banking or similar
• Solid credit background with ability to structure loans and analyze credit
• Proven in growing and managing small business relationships
• Ability to perform cash flow analyses and pre-screens
• Collaborative, proactive and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of 250+ small business clients
• Prospect and acquire new relationships through networking and outreach
• Provide financial advice and recommend deposits, loans and treasury solutions
• Collaborate with Lending, Treasury, Mortgage and Wealth Management teams
• Support branch operations including account opening and loan processing
• Act as a community ambassador and lead small business initiatives
• Adhere to regulatory, policy and SAFE Act requirements
