Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking a Small Business Consultant to provide consultative sales and personalized service at branch locations. You will grow a consumer and business lending pipeline, deepen client relationships, and educate clients on digital and traditional banking options.

You will proactively reach out to current and prospective clients, conduct scheduled appointments, and support internal partners to deliver solutions while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of experience as a banker, client relationship consultant, or related sales role with established goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales and service interactions at branch locations.
• Grow and maintain lending and client relationships and educate on banking products.
• Conduct outbound calls, networking, and banking presentations to generate referrals.
• Identify and facilitate referrals to internal partners such as Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Investment Services.
• Open new accounts and perform maintenance in compliance with policies and regulations.
