Job summary

You will build awareness of bank products, grow consumer and business lending pipelines, and conduct client appointments to identify needs and provide solutions.

You will open new accounts, assist with loan applications, and support branch operations while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in banking, client relationship consulting, or related sales role with performance goals.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales and service at branch locations.
• Grow lending pipeline by deepening client relationships and COI networks.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing ones with policy compliance.
• Educate clients on bank products, including digital banking capabilities.
