Job summary

You will consult with clients on bank products, assist in lending processes, open and maintain accounts, and address inquiries promptly while meeting regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship-building with clients and centers of influence, and a strong sales/ service focus at the branch level.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• NMLS registration required.
• 4+ years of banker/client relationship consultant or related sales experience with established goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience while engaging in sales and service activities at branch locations.
• Grow and maintain a consumer/business lending pipeline by deepening client relationships and sources of referrals.
• Consult with clients on bank products and services to educate and expand client relationships.
• Communicate proactively with clients to educate, resolve issues, and solicit feedback to improve performance.
• Open and maintain client accounts; respond to inquiries and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in branch lending processes and Thoroughly document loan applications.
• Process routine financial transactions and balance cash drawer.
