Banner Bank is seeking a Small Business Consultant to deliver exceptional client experiences at the branch level while helping clients reach their financial goals. This role combines consultative sales, personalized service, and community engagement to build lasting relationships and drive meaningful impact.

You will act as a trusted advisor, educate clients, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience as a banker, client relationship consultant, or related sales role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales and service at branch locations.
• Grow lending and banking relationships by expanding client networks.
• Conduct outbound calls, networking activities, and banking presentations to generate referrals.
• Identify and facilitate referrals to internal partners (Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, Investments).
• Educate clients on bank products, services, and digital banking capabilities.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts following policies and procedures.
