Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking a Sales Representative to grow the retail sales career and deliver personalized customer experiences in-store. You will discover each customer’s sleep needs, explain product benefits and promotions, and work to exceed sales goals while building lasting relationships.

You'll earn a base pay of $18.50/hour with uncapped commissions, a typical salary ranging from $47,000 to $66,000 per year, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience in consultative or relationship-based sales.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match products.
• Explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Take part in sales practice training and coaching.
