You’ll nurture prospects, maintain a polished showroom, participate in ongoing training, and join a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused with a drive to exceed sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Discover customer sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences to drive satisfaction and sales.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to generate new and repeat business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
