Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to help customers find the right Sleep Number products. You will explain product benefits, promotions, and build personalized customer experiences to exceed sales goals.

Earn a base pay of $17/hour with uncapped commission and bonus potential, plus health/dental/vision benefits, 401(k), and ongoing training in a dynamic retail environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and ability to adapt to diverse needs.
• Goal-driven, customer-focused attitude with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or similar experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales is a plus, especially with commissions.
• Proficient with CRM, POS, and sales tools on tablets.
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and current promotions to deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships and generate sales.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
