Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our retail sales footprint. You’ll identify customer sleep needs, match Sleep Number products, and deliver personalized experiences to exceed goals.

You’ll earn a base pay with uncapped commissions, plus benefits and training in a fast-paced team environment. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiar with CRM, POS tech, and tablets used in store.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with the right Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences to drive satisfaction and sales.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
