Sleep Number is hiring Sales Representatives to help customers discover Sleep Number products and tailor solutions to their sleep needs. You will explain product benefits, promotions, and deliver personalized experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities include outbound calls to nurture prospects, maintain a polished showroom, and participate in training to sharpen skills. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in retail are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including evenings/weekends.
