Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a sales associate to identify each customer’s sleep needs and connect them with Sleep Number products. You’ll clearly explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to exceed sales goals.

You will maintain a polished showroom, participate in training, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Competitive base pay with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits support your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with CRM, POS systems, or interactive sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
