Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, POS technology, and iPads.

Responsibilities

• Identify each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching.
