Job summary

Sleep Number is hiring a sales associate to help customers find personalized sleep solutions and to drive store performance. You will explain product benefits, promotions, and provide personalized experiences while nurturing prospects through outbound calls.

You will work with a team to maintain a welcoming showroom, participate in training, and pursue goals with a base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused with a drive to exceed sales goals.
• Flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer's sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls and build relationships for repeat/new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
