You’ll build relationships, work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends, and participate in training to sharpen your skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, POS technology, and tablets (e.g., iPads).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify each customer’s sleep needs and explain Sleep Number products.
• Deliver personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls and build relationships.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching.
