Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will help customers find the Sleep Number bed that fits their sleep needs, explain benefits, and deliver a personalized showroom experience.

You will build relationships through outbound calls, strive to meet sales goals, and participate in ongoing training. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; 1–2 years of retail experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
