The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.

• Flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Explain product benefits and promotions, delivering personalized experiences.
• Nurture prospects through outbound calls to build relationships and drive sales.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
