Sleep Number Corporation seeks a results-driven retail associate to help customers discover Sleep Number products, explain benefits, and tailor recommendations to individual sleep needs. You will nurture prospects by outbound calls, maintain an inviting showroom, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional store experiences and sales.

The role requires a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends), 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with the right Sleep Number products.
• Clearly explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, with a strong focus on building relationships that generate repeat and new business.
