You will implement Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to place the customer at the center. Responsibilities include driving sales KPI performance, maintaining post-purchase relationships, and leveraging social media to boost brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and build trust as a sleep authority.
