Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience by acting as trusted sleep authorities and guiding customers to the right mattress. You will support omnichannel shopping and deliver an engaging, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, achieving sales KPIs, and using digital tools to support selling programs. Compensation includes base pay or uncapped commissions and benefits.

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
