Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to elevate the customer in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to their dream mattress. You will use digital tools and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience, with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.

Responsibilities include building relationships, providing product knowledge, driving sales KPIs, and maintaining post-purchase follow-up.

Qualifications

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Enhance the in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority with product expertise.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support omnichannel experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, handling post-purchase follow-up and reminders.
• Monitor competitors and promotions to inform selling strategy.
• Utilize social media to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ pounds as required.
