Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the right mattress. You will use selling programs and digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience and place the customer at the center of every interaction.

You will build lasting relationships, provide product knowledge, and drive sales performance while embodying the company's values.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to engage the customer.
• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Monitor competition and advertising from competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
