Job summary

Mattress Firm seeks a Sleep Expert who will elevate the in-store experience by becoming a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the right mattress and accessories. You will leverage digital tools and omnichannel support to put the customer first.

Responsibilities include building relationships, sharing product knowledge, meeting sales KPIs, maintaining post-purchase follow-up, monitoring competitors, and leveraging social media to boost brand awareness. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matterexpert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs whiledemonstratingcompany values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition,advertisementsand services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positivelyimpactbrand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push,orpull 50+ pounds.
