Mattress Firm, Inc. is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the right mattress and sleep solutions.

You will use digital tools and support omnichannel selling to create a compelling, customer-centered environment. Responsibilities include building relationships, sharing product knowledge, driving sales performance, and maintaining post-purchase follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles preferred.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (delivery reminders, issue resolution).
• Maintain awareness of competitors and market offerings.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
