Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience by becoming a trusted sleep authority. You’ll guide customers to the right mattress using product knowledge and digital tools, supporting a seamless omnichannel experience centered on the customer.

You will build lasting relationships, drive sales, stay aware of competitors, and engage with the brand through social channels. The role involves lifting 50+ pounds and delivering exceptional service that helps customers sleep

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and apply it in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
