Job summary

Mattress Firm is looking for Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority. You will help customers find the right mattress, use digital tools, and support a seamless omnichannel journey that centers the customer.

You’ll be part of a team delivering best-in-class products, building relationships, and driving sales while maintaining post-purchase support and brand awareness across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits.
• Comfort and knowledge of sleep products.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
