Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority.
• Execute selling programs using digital tools to support an omnichannel experience.
• Provide product knowledge and serve as subject matter expert to customers.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain relationships with customers during and after purchase and resolve issues.
• Monitor competition and advertisements, and leverage social media to boost brand awareness.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
