Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience, acting as trusted sleep authorities and guiding customers to the best mattress choices. You’ll drive sales, use digital tools, and support an omnichannel experience with a customer-first focus.

You will build relationships, share detailed product knowledge, and work toward KPIs while supporting company initiatives and enjoying uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and act as SME.
• Strong focus on driving sales performance and KPIs.
• Maintain relationships during and after purchase, including reminders.
• Stay aware of competitors' offerings and advertisements.
• Utilize social media to boost brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• The Sleep Expert will elevate in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and omnichannel support.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and provide product recommendations.
• Close sales while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Resolve issues and assist with delivery reminders post-purchase.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as part of daily duties.
