Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep advisor and helping customers find the right mattress.

You will use digital tools to follow selling programs and support an engaging omnichannel environment, putting the customer at the center of every interaction. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and drive sales performance while aligning with company values.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer's in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as the subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of competitors' ads and services.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
