Mattress Firm is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to place the customer at the center of every interaction. You will provide product and technical knowledge to customers, acting as a subject matter expert while driving sales and maintaining knowledge of competitors.

You will nurture relationships during and after purchases, support brand initiatives, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties.
