Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to help customers find the right mattress and achieve better sleep in an engaging in-store experience. You’ll gain uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships, sharing product knowledge, driving sales KPIs, and maintaining post-purchase follow-ups. Physical duties include lifting 50+ pounds, with a strong emphasis on customer care.

Qualifications

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
