Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 10+ years of customer-facing direct sales experience.
• Proven track record selling to the SLED market in the Southern US.
• Enterprise SaaS and services sales experience with margin focus.
• Experience selling through distribution channels.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Proficient Salesforce and accurate forecasting.
• Self-starter, gritty, coachable; team-oriented leader.
• KPI-driven sales experience; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets in the SLED market.
• Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to drive sales.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.
• Build relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and educators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients.
