Arrow Electronics is seeking a Southeast SLED Field Channel Manager to lead strategic partnerships with resellers across the Southern region. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, aligning Arrow resources to partner priorities, and driving revenue growth in State, Local Government, and Education markets.

The candidate will travel within the region, develop and execute sales plans, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of customer facing direct sales experience in the SLED market
• Enterprise SaaS and services sales experience with margin focus
• Experience selling in the distribution channel
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-starter with coaching capability and KPI-based mindset

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the SLED market
• Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to drive sales in the Southern US
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in government and education sectors
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
