Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Southeast SLED Field Channel Manager to lead strategic reseller partnerships across the State, Local Government, and Education markets. You will drive revenue, manage key relationships, and align Arrow resources with partner priorities in a fully remote, KPI-driven role.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 10+ years of direct sales experience in SLED, and a strong track record in enterprise SaaS and distribution channels. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent has to be 4-year degree.
• 10+ years of customer facing direct sales experience required.
• Proven track record selling to SLED in the Southern US region.
• Enterprise SaaS and services sales with margin focus.
• Experience selling through distribution channels.
• Ability to solve complex problems with available solutions.
• Process oriented and analytical approach.
• Strong SF.com proficiency and forecasting accuracy.
• Self-starter, gritty and coachable; team oriented leadership.
• KPI-driven sales performance; field seller with travel requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit revenue targets in the SLED market for the Southern US region.
• Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to drive sales in the SLED market.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and insights on trends and competition.
• Build relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and educators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms for all parties.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
