Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Southeast SLED Field Channel Manager to lead strategic reseller relationships across the Southern region in state, local government and education sectors. You will align Arrow’s resources with partner priorities, driving revenue and long-term value.

The role requires a consultative approach, strong relationship-building, and the ability to identify opportunities that expand revenue while coordinating with internal teams. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of customer-facing direct sales experience in the SLED market.
• Proven track record selling to SLED in the Southern US.
• Enterprise SaaS and services sales with margin focus.
• Experience selling through the Distribution Channel.
• Willingness to travel within the region; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the SLED market.
• Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to drive sales in the SLED market.
• Conduct market research and gather insights on industry trends and competition.
• Build relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and educational administrators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals with favourable terms.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
