Arrow Electronics is seeking a Southeast SLED Field Channel Manager to cultivate and expand partnerships with state, local government and education customers across the Southern United States.

You will align Arrow's resources with partner priorities and drive mutual growth through consultative, solution-based selling while navigating government procurement processes. This role emphasizes long-term relationship building and strategic account expansion.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 10+ years of customer-facing direct sales experience in the SLED market.
• Proven success selling to SLED in the Southern US.
• Enterprise SaaS and services sales experience.
• Distribution channel experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent Salesforce forecasting.
• Self-starter, coachable, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within your region.
• US citizen due to federal government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the SLED market in the Southern region.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales in the SLED space.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.
• Build relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and educators.
• Coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
