Job summary

Verizon is seeking a motivated field sales professional to grow the SLED client base and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with the sales team, support contract implementations, and help customers maximize adoption of Verizon’s self-service tools across local government accounts.

The role emphasizes prospecting, closing opportunities, and resolving customer problems with best-in-class solutions while maintaining outstanding service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers while partnering with the sales team to close opportunities.
• Support account strategy with sales.
• Support success plans with customers.
• New and existing customer contract implementation, migration, and onboarding support.
• Drive and train online self-service adoption for SLED customers.
