Job summary

Verizon is seeking a motivated sales support professional for our State, Local and Education (SLED) Public Sector team. You will interact with customers and prospects to drive revenue while delivering outstanding service.

You will manage quotes, contracts, onboarding, and support multiple channels (SFDC, Polaris, Proquest, VPrice, GCT) to enable smooth changes and migrations. This mobile role requires a proactive, multitasking mindset and a drive to win new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of work experience in Sales support or Customer Service.
• Ability to prospect, qualify opportunities and support sales teams.
• Comfort with handling multiple customer interactions and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions on accounts with or without an assigned account manager.
• Prospect for new customers and close opportunities with support from field teams.
• Support account strategy and quote, contract, and onboarding processes.
