Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Business Account Specialist to support SLED sales across field accounts. You will lead customer interactions, assist with quoting, contracting, ordering, and onboarding, and help drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a degree or 1+ year work experience, a valid driver's license, and eligibility for an MVR check. In this mobile position you'll work from customer sites with occasional visits to Verizon locations, and you’ll use SFDC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience (Sales support, Customer Service, etc).
• A valid driver’s license.
• Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions on accounts with or without an assigned account manager.
• Prospect for new customers and close opportunities with support teams.
• Support the overall account strategy with the SLED sales leadership team.
• Quoting, contracting and ordering implementation, migration and onboarding support.
• Drive self-service adoption via Verizon Enterprise Center (VEC) and other channels.
• Manage escalations, outages and billing issues with stakeholders.
