NinjaOne is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to lead the pre-sales experience for SLED and enterprise accounts, shaping architecture, demos, and PoCs while partnering with Account Executives to drive public sector growth.

Location is flexible for remote work from home for residents in CA, OR, WA, with ~30% travel to meet customers and events. You’ll build scalable playbooks, lab environments, and reusable assets to accelerate value delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture role supporting enterprise SLED customers
• Background from a technical role with insight into IT operations at scale in government/education environments
• Strong communicator with executive presence for admins, technical staff, and agency leadership

Responsabilidades

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for SLED and enterprise accounts—from evaluation to PoC
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive public sector growth
• Build and maintain reusable technical assets to scale AE-to-SE model
• Represent NinjaOne at government and education-focused events and forums
• Support review of RFPs/RFIs with SME and compliance insights
