Job summary

NinjaOne seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to lead the pre-sales technical cycle for SLED and enterprise accounts, shaping architectures, demos, and proof-of-concept implementations. You will partner closely with Account Executives to drive public sector growth and define scalable technical playbooks.

You will co-create assets, collaborate with customer success, and influence roadmap while representing NinjaOne at government-focused events and ensuring compliance across complex public

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS pre-sales or solutions architecture role.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level SLED customers.
• Strong communication with executives and admins.
• Deep IT ops, RMM, endpoint management knowledge in public sector.
• Understanding procurement processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full pre-sales technical experience for SLED and enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive public sector growth.
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success to accelerate value.
• Support RFP/RFI content with SME and compliance insight.
• Shape and align product roadmap with sales feedback.
• Build scalable technical assets and lab environments.
• Represent NinjaOne at government and education events.
• Help found and evolve the Enterprise SE function.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
