Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to lead the pre-sales experience for SLED and enterprise accounts, guiding evaluation, architecture, demos, and PoCs. You will collaborate with Account Executives to drive public sector growth and translate technical value to agencies and institutions.

You will work in a hybrid remote setup across the US, travel ~30%, and shape the AE-to-SE playbooks and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role supporting enterprise SLED customers.
• Strong communication with executive presence for admins, tech staff, and agency leadership.
• Deep domain knowledge in IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for SLED and enterprise accounts—from discovery to PoC.
• Collaborate with Account Execs and Sales Leadership to drive public sector growth.
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value across large public environments.
• Support alignment of technical content in RFPs/RFIs with SME input but not full proposal management.
