Arrow Electronics, Inc. seeks a seasoned SLED Field Sales Manager to own channel partner strategy and GTM execution for state, local, and education markets.

You’ll manage the Field CM team, coordinate with supplier and distributor leadership, and drive measurable growth across Arrow and immixGroup programs. You will build partner enablement plans, run cadence meetings, and engage in events to expand coverage, improve forecasts, and strengthen strategic relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience in channel sales or public sector.
• Experience building channel strategies and leading cross-functional execution.
• Willingness to travel ~25% for partner meetings and events.
• US citizenship due to federal government contractual requirements.

• Own channel performance for the SLED Field CM team with revenue growth and pipeline responsibility.
• Expand relationships across SLED channel partners and suppliers.
• Lead cadence meetings, QBRs, and pipeline reviews.
