Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a SLED Field Sales Manager to own channel partner strategy and go-to-market execution for the SLED Field CM team across State, Local, and Education markets in the United States. The role coordinates with partner and supplier leadership, distributor teams, Field CM, contracts, marketing, and business development to drive measurable growth.

You will lead channel engagement initiatives, develop partner roadmaps, and translate priorities into programs such as roadshows,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in channel sales or related leadership roles.
Experience building channel/partner strategies and cross-functional execution.
Strong knowledge of SLED market dynamics and procurement cycles.
Ability to communicate with partner leaders, supplier leadership, distributors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Own channel performance for the SLED Field CM team, driving revenue growth and pipeline health.
Expand relationships with SLED channel partners and suppliers to grow presence.
Establish cadence meetings, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline reviews to improve forecasting and execution.
