Arrow Electronics seeks a Southeast SLED Field Channel Manager to lead partnerships with strategic resellers across the Southern US. You will drive revenue growth, align Arrow resources with partner priorities, and manage long-term relationships within State, Local Government, and Education sectors.

You’ll develop plans, collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to close deals and forecast revenue accurately.

Competenze

• 4-year degree required.
• 10+ years of customer-facing direct sales experience.
• Proven track record selling to the SLED market in the Southern US.
• Enterprise SaaS and Services sales with margin focus.
• Experience selling through the Distribution Channel.
• Ability to solve complex problems using existing solutions.
• Process oriented and analytical.
• Strong Salesforce.com proficiency and forecasting accuracy.
• Self-starter, gritty & coachable.
• Team-oriented leader with KPI-based sales experience.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the SLED market in the Southern region.
• Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to drive sales within the SLED market.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and insights on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and educational administrators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for prospective clients.

• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
