Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a SLED Field Sales Manager to lead channel partner strategy and go-to-market execution for the SLED Field CM team. The role covers State, Local and Education markets and requires coordinating with supplier leadership, distributor leadership, field sales, contracts, marketing, and business development to align priorities and drive growth.

Fully remote role with travel about 25% to partner meetings, supplier engagements, and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales and partner development for public sector customers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution and manage executive relationships.
• Translate market priorities into measurable growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Own channel performance for SLED Field CM with revenue, profitability and pipeline accountability.
• Develop channel and marketing plans with clear KPIs and partner priorities.
• Lead cadence meetings, QBRs and field execution across partners and distributors.
• Represent Arrow and immixGroup in partner events and market engagements.
• Drive partner education, enablement, and contract education initiatives.
